=)

I just realized that despite the fact I posted after midnight, my last post is showing up as on Nov 1st. Probably my timezone settings. Anyhow, I decided to put up another post. Because its Nov 2nd! The greatest day of the year! =) And what am I doing to celebrate this wonderous occasion? Well hehe, actually not much. I had a chocolate chip muffin and I'm looking forward to watching tv tonight b/c a lot of shows I like air on Thursday nights. =) Maybe on the weekend I'll do something. I'm thinking I'll go see Phantom of the Opera.

=) Thanks Sarah. Ugly Betty eh? Maybe I'll give it a shot. I usually watch survivor and then download smallville later to watch. So I can do the same with Ugly Betty.

Have you tried Hereoes? Its new, starts slow but I'm getting more hooked. I've given up on LOST...just tired of it.

Heroes is a new show on NBC. Here's the info from their site.

Heroes, an epic drama that chronicles the lives of ordinary people who discover they possess extraordinary abilities.

As a total eclipse casts its shadow across the globe, a genetics professor (Sendhil Ramamurthy, "Blind Guy Driving") in India is led by father's disappearance to uncover a secret theory -- there are people with super powers living among us. A young dreamer (Milo Ventimiglia, "Gilmore Girls") tries to convince his politician brother (Adrian Pasdar, "Judging Amy") that he can fly. A high school cheerleader (Hayden Panettiere, "Ice Princess") learns that she is totally indestructible. A Las Vegas stripper (Ali Larter, "Final Destination"), struggling to make ends meet to support her young son (Noah Gray-Cabey, "My Wife & Kids"), discovers that her mirror image has a secret. A fugitive from justice (Leonard Roberts, "Buffy the Vampire Slayer") continues to baffle authorities who twice have been unable to contain him. A gifted artist (Santiago Cabrera, "Empire"), whose drug addiction is destroying his life and relationship with his girlfriend (Tawny Cypress, NBC's "Third Watch"), can paint the future. A down-on-his-luck Los Angeles beat cop (Greg Grunberg, "Alias") can hear people's thoughts, which puts him on the trail of an elusive serial killer. In Japan, a young man (Masi Oka, NBC's "Scrubs") develops a way to stop time through sheer will power. Their ultimate destiny is nothing less than saving the world…

heyy..I've heard about Heroes as well. Is it any good? I'm still the ultimate Prison Break fan though. Nothing can infiltrate my heard like PB has!

Ahmed said...

=) Thanks Hanna. I'm going to ask anyways, Shaolin Monks?

haha, yeah PB is still definitely better. But Heroes is good. It starts out meh, but its slowly getting better as the characters stories are starting to converge.

I'd rank my shows like this.
1. Prison Break / Battlestar Galatica
2. Survivor
3. Smallville / Heroes
4. Greys Anatomy
5. The OC
and LOST is just off the list, I've given up on it.

Sarah: LOST is bad this year? I saw the first 3 eps and was like thats it, I quit, I'm just not enjoying it. Heroes is good, just maybe 1-2 scenes in the 6 eps so far that you have to fast forward.

You know what I miss though, sitcoms. Where did all the good sitcoms go? Is there anything like Friends, Seinfeld, or the old good stuff, Who's the Boss, Growing Pains, Cosby Show, etc on now?

Farsh: Thanks :)

The only good sitcom I know of that I watch is "Reba"...It's really funny, I actually haven't been watching it this season though :( but its good!
